Finding Us

Our main clinic location is within David Lloyd Club in Thorpe Wood, Peterborough. In this video, Katie shows you exactly where to find us in the building!

Parking

Parking at David Lloyd Peterborough operates via an ANPR (Automatic Number Plate Recognition) system to help ensure spaces remain available for patients and members.

Parking remains free of charge in the David Lloyd main car park for Prestons Health patients for stays of up to 4 hours, and there is no need to register your vehicle provided you remain within this time limit.

Please note that disabled parking bays are actively monitored. If you are using a disabled bay, you must clearly display a valid Blue Badge. Parking fines may be issued where appropriate. Please advise us in advance if you need a disabled spot and we will organise a temporary pass for you.

Please plan in 15 mins extra for your journey to allow for traffic and parking in the David Lloyd Car park to settle in.

Preparing for Your Appointment

We suggest that you wear comfortable clothing – loose or sportswear is ideal for movement based assessments and treatments. Please bring any relevant scans, test results, or referral letters.

Your first session will typically last up to 60 minutes. Feel free to ask your clinician anything about your treatment plan – we’re here to help!

Payment

If you are self-funding and have not prepaid, payment is taken on the day by card or cash.
If your treatment is funded by a third party (for example private medical insurance, your employer or by another 3rd party), we will invoice them directly. Please ensure all details are completed on the form in your confirmation email.

Cancellation Policy

Please give at least 24 hours notice if you need to cancel or change your appointment. Late cancellations or missed appointments will be charged in full in line with our terms and conditions.
